If you choose to reserve a WiFiFly hardware kit, we additionally collect: your full name, shipping address, phone number, and email address — solely to fulfil your order.

WiFiFly does NOT monitor, capture, or store your private home network traffic, device contents, or browsing activity.

How we store it

Your data is stored on servers located in New Zealand. We do not share or sell your personal information to third parties. We do not transfer your data offshore.

How long we keep it

Anonymous speed audit telemetry (IP address, speed results, browser info, GPS coordinates) is retained for 90 days and then automatically deleted. If you place a hardware order, your contact details and reservation records are retained for 7 years as required by New Zealand tax record-keeping obligations (Inland Revenue), after which they are permanently deleted.
