Who we are

WiFiFly is a New Zealand business operating from Christchurch, New Zealand. Contact: help@wififly.co.nz.

Free audit tool

The WiFiFly audit tool measures WiFi speed at various points in your home. Results are estimates based on conditions at the time of testing. They are not a guarantee of internet service performance and may vary. By using the tool you accept this.

Any estimated cost savings or "dollar-waste" figures displayed in audit results are illustrative examples based on pricing information you provide, consistent with the Fair Trading Act 1986 requirement that representations must not be misleading or deceptive. Actual savings will vary depending on your specific circumstances, plan details, and ISP pricing at the time of any change.

Consumer Guarantees Act 1993

All hardware products sold by WiFiFly come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (CGA). These statutory guarantees include that goods must:

If a product fails to meet any of these guarantees, you are entitled to a remedy — which may include a repair, replacement, or refund — depending on the nature and seriousness of the failure. See our Refund Policy for details.

Hardware purchases

When you purchase a WiFiFly hardware kit, the sale is governed by New Zealand law, including the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and the Fair Trading Act 1986. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any rights you have under those Acts.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, WiFiFly's liability for any claim arising from the audit tool or a hardware purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant product or service. This limitation does not apply to liability that cannot be excluded under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or Fair Trading Act 1986.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Disputes will be resolved in New Zealand courts.
