Statutory rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993

All WiFiFly hardware products are covered by statutory guarantees under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (CGA). Under the CGA, goods must be of acceptable quality, fit for purpose, and match their description.

Faulty or defective products (CGA remedies)

If your WiFiFly kit arrives damaged, develops a defect through normal domestic use, or fails to meet CGA statutory guarantees:

Change of mind & non-faulty returns

Under New Zealand law, retailers are not required to provide refunds or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect ordering, or personal preference. We do not accept returns or issue refunds for non-faulty goods once dispatched.

How to request a warranty return

If you experience an issue with your hardware, contact help@wififly.co.nz with your order details and a description of the fault. We will assist with troubleshooting or provide return shipping instructions for assessment if required.
